Badminton NWT is inviting eligible athletes to pursue selection for the 2027 Canada Winter Games.

A maximum of five male and five female athletes may be selected, along with up to two alternates in each category.

Athletes must be born in 2004 or later, be under 23 as of December 31, 2026, meet the applicable residency and Canada Winter Games eligibility requirements, and be members in good standing with Badminton NWT.

October 2–4 — Yellowknife
November 13–15 — Yellowknife, to be confirmed
November 20–22 — Fort Smith

The tournaments identified by Badminton NT include (but not limited to):

• November 6th-8th- Yellowknife, NT
• Scott McAdam Tournament- November 27-29 (Hay River, NT)
• Junior Badminton Championships – December 4-6 (Yellowknife,NT)
• Senior Badminton school Championships December 11-13 (Yellowknife, NT)

The Team NT roster is expected to be announced by December 21, 2026.
