Membership shall be open to any organized club in the NWT or, in the absence of an organized club, to any individual in that community, upon payment of an annual membership fee.

** If you are playing in any tournament outside of the NWT your membership fee will be $10.

Membership fees shall be paid by November 1st of each year.
